Islam Religion of tolerance and Peace?

Islam is a really confusing religion, it’s a split religion were some follow the peaceful verses of the Quran while other Muslims follow the primitive and darker verses of the Quran.

Recently I’ve been doing some research on Islam because I thought it was really important for me to understand a little bit of what this religion is all about before I judge it. What I found was nothing surprising
but more prove of the deceitful nature of Islam, there is no such thing as
tolerance of other religions, democracy, human rights, equality etc… nor is it
peaceful religion.

The government of non-Muslim countries should really wake up and be prepared for War against Radical Islam which is on the move already. Who cares if its racist to stop immigration of people from Muslim majority
countries, if they stop Muslims from immigrating to the western societies then
the danger of Western Civilization and its culture will not be at risk. Not
only should Western Nations stop Islam from spreading in their countries but
the Pacific region should also stop Islam from gaining numbers. Kiribati has a
very small community of Muslims but that number will increase in the future,
and when it does some members of that community will get caught up with the
radical Islam ideologies. There’s already a small group of Radical Muslims in
Indonesia, Philippians and even Australia.

If you think Islam is Peaceful and tolerance religion then I strongly advise you to do some research.

Brother I think you researched at the wrong websites with bad resources, from the very people who find ways to criticize Islam. The best way to get the real and indepth knowledge and understanding about Islam is to go the mosque and talk to real Muslims. Get reading materials from the Islamic bookstores where the materials are authentic.

Islam is not confusing; its very straight forward. For examle: The Quran states that there is only ONE GOD, who is superior, most merciful, most beneficient. He is nothing like his creations.

Islam is not a split religion; its a complete religion. For example: The Quran states that we (mankind) are creations born to this world for a PURPOSE - TOTAL SUBMISSION TO OUR CREATOR. How and what does that really mean? Submit to him by worshiping GOD alone and dont associate him with partners, do good deeds, avoid and stay away from sinful acts, etc. The Quran states that there are three kinds of people, the muslims (believers), the disbelievers and the hypocrites. A muslim is one who believes in the Oneness of God, his angels, his prophets (Abraham, Moses, Jacob, Isaiah.....Jesus, Mohamed), his divine books (Dahud given to Abraham, Torah given to Moses, Sabur (Psalms) given to David, Injil (Gospel) given to Jesus and Quran given to Mohamed), believe in resurrection and destiny. The disbelievers are of two types: one who rejects any of the beliefs listed above, the other type hides the the truth (he does not admit that he does believe neither does he say that he believes, this is Shaitanic way - Shaitan knows and believes in God but rejects his way and disobeys him). The Hypocrites is one who wants to get the best of both sides, he acts like a believer when he is with them, and disobeys God when he is with the disbelievers. He prays, fasts, etc but also backbites, kills, steals, etc. It is stated in the Quran that, these will earn the deepest place in the Hell Fire, the ultimate punishment. So, Islam is not split, its us people who make the split, because of our arrogance.

Tolerance of other religion, equality, democracy, human rights, peace are all mentioned in the Quran. It is stated in the Quran not to force others to accept Islam, but only to convey the message about obeying and worshipping God only, for God chooses whom he wills. Thats not in our control but him. Live peacefully and treat all creations of God with respect - Muslims eat only halah meat (an animal that is slaughtered by first mentioning God's name and prayer and then slaghtering it with the sharpest blade so it does not have a painful death). All creations have their rights and must be respected - dont overwork your farm animals or your maids. Man and woman are creations and are equal in the sight of God as stated in the Quran. Both have the same responsibilities in worshiping God. None is superior over the other.

Islam is the only religion with its book, the Quran that covers all aspect of life. It is the only complete religion without doubts.

The Western world is fearful of Islam because Islam educates people about justice on how to be treated fairly or to be fair to others. The western world and it's culture is the shaitanic way (gambling, partying, etc). Islam educates people on how to live rightousely and make people become aware and conscious of the punishments on the day of judgement so people start avoiding all these ways and focus more on how to accumulate their good deeds in this life so they dont end up in the hell fire. This is a major loss for businesses in the western world. Islam tells man about the purpose of his creation and existence, his ultimate destinyand his place among other creatures .

Islam is spreading fast, its the fastest growing religion in the world. This is a fact. People will not accept Islam if there is nothing good in it but evil, if its corrupted and biased; this is common sense.

Peaceful muslims and radical muslims. Good christians and bad christians. This is the world we live in! Paradise and Hell Fire. Thats something for us to decide!

I don't think it is a correct and fair assessment to condemned the whole religion because of the deeds of the few. I have Muslim friends that I would trust to watch my back in tense situations anywhere in the world. These radical Muslims you are referring to are the ones who strayed away from the main core faithful body of the Muslim Religion. I think it is always a wise counsel to check the facts before making senseless accusations towards any organized religion.

Very well-said ULMO. Indeed you prove yourself to be one of the smart and civilized ones. A debate that has only false accusations without facts and exaggerations is not only a waste of time but boring. So many meaningless and harsh words; this is a terrorist act :)
