Laptop problem

Guys, I need your help with this Toshiba Satellite Pro A100- model PSAAAA-007003-

I was given this computer by an AG church pastor to fix but finds it difficult...my problem now is everytime I turn on this laptop, I am blocked with the HDD PASSWORD at boot. I have even asked the owner to get into his own computer but still could not pass. I read through a couple of sites and some mentioned that computers could sometimes endup like that- with boot password, etc.....I have bypassed a couple of computers, but with this laptop....I really need your help. This laptop contains Bible translations that needs to be completed in time!!!

Is there anyway I could bypass? My OS is WinXP SP2.

Ko rabwa riki for ur help....at least I tried....and update you with how it went!!! Well, as I said it is not my computer but that doesn't mean bwa nna kabwara ni karaoia bwa e na rangi n helpful nakou in the future bwa kanoan au experience!!!!
