Yes Thats a  good idea but we are still an under developed country. What we need to do first is to develop our country through improving our education standards to meet international standard or criteria. Once we have met that first goal ao ngkanne ataei ake a bane aia tai mai iai te kantaninga bwa a na riki bwa aomta ke adults aika a highly qualified n aia field are a tia n karekebeeba mai iai ao ai ngaiia ngkanne ake a na waaki ni karikirakea Kiribati by developing its infrastructure, services, etc ao mai ikanne ae I taku bwa e nag kona ni uotirarake ni karokoira n te developed country. Our people especially our young people are our key resources in our country, we should invest alot of money in helping them with their education. Once we are developed, then we can help our kara ni pay them with pensions as we have surplus in our economy.
