i think there is no toefl course offered in kiribati. if there is its new and i cant find any information about it online. maybe ask at the TTI or whatever its called now. otherwise the only way to sit the test is to go to another country.

are you in kiribati? these tests are done under supervision in certified locations and unfortunately there are none in kiribati. You can do an internet based test, but as far as i can tell, you have to be in a classroom with a toefl teacher to sit the test. There are 130 countries that offer this test - i dont think fiji is one of them, nor is samoa. i think you would have to go to a registered centre in another country to sit the test. i will read the site later - i am in Scotland at a conference right now so i can look in a couple of weeks when i get back if my above comments are wrong.

toefl is an english proficiency test to see how well a non-english (english as a second language) person can understand english. toefl stands for Test Of English as a Second Language (TEOFL). Many different institutions run the course. It is a requirement to sit this test to enter university if you come from a non-english speaking background.
