I'm Poor If I Lose A Friend Or Cease Being One...
I'm poor when my friendship inventory is depreciating. I'm poor when I'm friendless. When friends have a cause to desert, to disbelieve, to lose confidence in me, I'm poor.
Emerson said, "The only way to have a friend is to be one." A friend is a person who will not only take the time to know me but also take the time to be with me and never leave regardless of the circumstances. One of the greatest present I can give my friend is my best self.
When I lose a friend, my strength as well as my desire is often totally drained. In my personal balance sheet, minus a friend indicates a loss position. No man is useless while he has a friend. I cannot declare personal bankruptcy in a bank of life if I have one friend.
Famed author Robert Louis Stevenson was asked the secret of his radiant, useful life and he simply responded, "I had a friend."
My friend is priceless to me and will always be. My friend not only helps me but leaves me better than where I was at in my life and I do hope that I'm a true friend too. Therefore, I'm poor if I lose a friend or cease being one..

ULMO my fren u always have good posts!!! Its an honor to be considered one of ur frenz, a fren who is informative, humorous and generous, love reading ur posts, the above is true! I lost my bff decades ago, it was a lonely existance esp. at @ low low time!!!! but thak God, we forgave one n other n become best ever frenz. We overcome losses n triumphs 2gether!!! its wonderful to have frenz! A very good reminder to cherish our frenz, thanx ULMO n all the best to u n ur frenz :-)
